Athletics

I have been a competitive swimmer for most of my life.  I am a former high school and Division I collegiate swimmer for University of Evansville and Bradley University.  After graduate school, I joined a masters’ swim team and began competing in triathlons.  After many years of competition, I saw the need to combine my knowledge of swimming and triathlons with my academics of physical therapy to start my own PT practice.  I know how it feels to have an injury that prevents you from competing and how to rehab back to a sport after the injury.   I have the heart and mindset of an athlete but the eyes and knowledge base of a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

·        Many half marathons, sprint & Olympic distance triathlons
