Fees/Insurance

Body in Sync Physical Therapy, Ltd. is a fee-for-service Physical Therapy practice.  All insurance companies are out-of-network, except BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois PPO (see below).  Upon request, documentation will be provided for patients to submit to their insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement.  Payment is due to Body in Sync Physical Therapy, Ltd. at the time services are rendered.  

BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois PPO (BCBSIL PPO):  Body in Sync Physical Therapy, Ltd. is an in-network provider with BCBSIL PPO insurance.  On behalf of the patient, Body in Sync Physical Therapy, Ltd will bill BCBSIL PPO insurance.  Patients with BCBSIL PPO insurance DO NOT need a physician's referral prior to starting physical therapy.

Direct Access:  Patients DO NOT need to see a physician for a physical therapy prescription prior to starting physical therapy.  As of August 16, 2018, Physical Therapists in Illinois can evaluate and treat patients without a physician's referral.
